President Barack H. Obama 2013 Inauguration Celebration and public swearing-in ceremony will be held on Monday, January 21, 2013 on the National Mall at the White House.

In 2009 an estimated 1.8 million people attended the 2009 Presidential Inauguration of Barack Obama! Don't miss this opportunity to be a part of history as it is being made.
The 2013 Presidential Inauguration is estimated to be a record turn out! Plan ahead and join us for a MONUMENTAL HISTORICAL ROAD TRIP TO THE WHITE HOUSE FOR THE 2013 INAUGURATION SWEARING IN CEREMONY AND PARADE!
Road Trip Information
All Chartered Buses will depart from 42nd Street between 9th and 10th Avenue on Sunday, January 20th at 10pm and arrive in Washington DC on the morning of Monday, January 21st at 5am. All buses depart Washington, DC at 6pm and return to New York on the evening of Monday, January 21st at 10pm.

11:00pm Buses depart from 42nd Street towards Washington, DC

5:00am: Buses arrive and park at RFK Stadium
8:15am: Board Shuttle Buses/Metro to RFK Stadium to National Mall
12:00pm: Presidential Swearing In Ceremony
2:00pm: Free Time - There Will Be Places To Get Some Lunch & Warm Up A Bit
3:00pm: Presidential Inaugural Parade, Along Pennsylvania Avenue
5:00pm: Board Shuttle Buses or Metro to JFK Stadium
6:00pm: Buses Depart RFK Stadium towards New York City
10:00pm: Buses estimated arrival in New York City
Bus Roundtrip Ticket Prices
Early Bird Special $80.00 per seat reservation available now through December 31, 2012. Starting January 1, 2013 price goes up to $90.00 per seat reservation. All seats non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
Group Discounts: $70.00 each person in groups of 4 or more people. All seats non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

No firearms (real or simulated)
No mace or pepper spray
No fireworks or other explosives
No animals other than service animals
No knives, blades, box cutters or sharp objects
No pocket or hand tools such as the “Leatherman”
Security screeners have the power to prohibit any items that may pose a threat to the security of the event.
On the Mall
No tents or that includes no camping out
No glass bottles
No alcohol

Very Important Note: The Inaugural Committee is formed following the election. Specific details are determined just weeks before the event. A detailed itinerary will be emailed as security details and public participation details are released.
After November 6, 2012, all rates are non-refundable. We reserve the right to remove any person being unruly or overly negative during the bus trip. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Special travel arrangements have to be made in advance of the Inauguration to ensure entry into the DC area. Prices are subject to change based on availability of bus transportation.
Due to the high volume of attendees, security requirements will be determined on a changing basis. We reserve the right to adjust travel arrangements according to security guidelines as needed.
